Located on an iconic block in center city Philadelphia, this project for a single father with two adult sons necessitated applying for landmark preservation to carry out in-depth large-scale renovations, including the build of an addition at the back of the house, the infilling of a breezeway, primary bathroom & kitchen expansions, and the creation of a bar and butler’s pantry—a true total-overhaul of an historic, one-of-a-kind space.
